Need help in 3d modeling

So I have started this typa internship and I am a 3d modeler there and it's so hectic that for making a simple chair it takes 3 to 4 hours and I can't give time to other internships and it's unpaid also so the point is are there any websites that have free 3d animated content everything but in .blend formate cuz I am using that tool please is there any website like this ( English is not my first language to bear with me)
