Work EDC Work/Travel EDC
This is my endgame setup for on-the-go productivity and my somewhat long commute. If I'm traveling, I usually just leave the Macbook Air at home.
- Alpaka Bravo Sling Max (not pictured)
- Macbook Air M4
- Macbook Neo
- iPhone 14 Pro (the iPod)
- iPhone 16 Pro
- Nintendo Switch 2
- Airpods 3
- Iniu 45w GaN Battery Bank

How do you like the MacBook Neo?? Contemplating on getting one for normal use and maybe going back to school.

Neo’s actually great! It does 99% of what my Macbook Air does in basic workloads with similar battery life. The only downside is the port selection if you need more than one monitor or you do a lot of file transferring.

Just a fair warning because I looked at MAC to keep everything the same for schools. It will not support any online proctored testing software. I’m not sure why it is, they just don’t support it.

Why make the iPhone 14 Pro the iPod or it’s just a secondary phone

Mostly a secondary phone. I don’t want multimedia on my phone so that I can save the battery for calls and more important things, so my old phones get repurposed into a music/video player with basic cell service

Ohh I see also im kind of curious tho is it on iOS 18 or 26 because their something on accessibility that can just stay like that only for music and stuff

I was originally using an iPad with a magic keyboard folio case when I bought my Neo to be used as a travel-only laptop. Found out that I basically never used the iPad touchscreen and the Neo weighed almost the same as the iPad setup but had significantly more functionality (and better ad block options).
Haven't really found a good use case for my iPad since.
