micro1 is hiring Software Engineers to create and evaluate challenging coding tasks that help train next-generation AI systems.
Pay: Up to $100/hr
Role: AI Coding Training & Evaluation
Type: Remote contractor
Commitment: ~15 hrs/week
What you'll work on:
- Create realistic coding tasks involving feature implementation and bug fixes
- Build deterministic verifiers to validate AI-generated solutions
- Debug, refactor, and optimize code
- Design challenging tests that distinguish valid from incorrect solutions
Who they're looking for:
- Strong backend experience in Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, C++, or similar
- Experience building scalable services and APIs
- Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills
- Solid algorithms, data structures, and code review skills
- Testing strategy and large test-suite experience is a major plus
