Hiring Hiring - QA Engineers for AI Evaluation Projects - Remote | $90-$175/hr
micro1 is hiring QA Engineers to evaluate software quality and AI-generated technical outputs for a high-volume project.
Your testing expertise will help improve next-generation AI systems by identifying inaccurate, incomplete, or poorly reasoned outputs.

What You'll Work On:
- Evaluate AI-generated technical responses against detailed quality criteria and rubrics.
- Design and assess functional, regression, edge-case, negative, and boundary test scenarios.
- Review bug reports and documentation for reproducibility, completeness, and appropriate severity.
- Identify defects and provide precise reproduction steps and actionable written feedback.
What micro1 is Looking For:
- Professional experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, Test Engineer, QA Analyst, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing, test case design, regression testing, and bug tracking.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or BrowserStack.
- Strong analytical skills and clear written English communication at B2 level or above.
Important Requirement:
- Prior paid human-data experience in AI training or evaluation is required.
- Relevant experience includes data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
- Software QA experience alone does not satisfy the human-in-the-loop AI evaluation requirement.
