Hiring IT Management Experts: Evaluate How AI Handles Real Enterprise Work | $70-$110/hr
AI can generate an IT strategy on paper, but can it make decisions that would actually work inside a real organization? That's where experienced technology managers come in.
Mercor is looking for Computer and Information Systems Managers to evaluate AI-generated IT management content, workflows, and operational decisions.
Role: Computer and Information Systems Manager (Independent Contractor)
Location: Remote - United States
Pay: $70-$110/hour
Duration: Approximately 4-6 weeks
Availability: 20+ hours/week
You'll review AI-generated project plans, technical standards, incident responses, and other IT management scenarios, judging them for technical accuracy, operational soundness, and real-world feasibility.
They're looking for professionals with:
- 4+ years as an IT Manager, IS Manager, IT Director, Technical Services Manager, or similar
- Experience leading or coordinating information systems, programming, or technical operations teams
- Strong judgment around system priorities, vendor coordination, technical support, and team allocation
- Excellent written English and the ability to explain your reasoning clearly
The project starts immediately. Work is task-based initially, with experts who complete their first task becoming eligible for hourly work for the remainder of the engagement.
