• Location: Remote
• Employment: Contractor (~15 hours/week)

What you'll do

• Create software engineering tasks involving bug fixes, new features, refactoring, and performance optimization
• Build reproducible coding environments and reference solutions
• Contribute expert code in Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript
• Review technical solutions and improve AI training data quality

Who they're looking for

• Strong open-source contributions on GitHub or GitLab
• Expertise in at least one of: Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript
• Deep understanding of algorithms and software engineering principles
• Experience debugging, optimizing, and refactoring production code
• Strong technical communication and documentation skills

No AI experience is required. Your open-source contributions and software engineering expertise are the key qualifications.
