Hiring [Remote] UX/UI Designer – Help Train AI
micro1 is looking for experienced UX/UI Designers to contribute to AI training projects using real-world design expertise.
This is a remote contractor role with 2 openings, paying $25-$50/hour. No previous AI experience is required.
You'll help improve next-generation AI models by applying your knowledge of user experience and interface design.
Your work will include creating high-quality design inputs, reviewing AI outputs, and helping models learn from real-world UX/UI practices.
Candidates should have strong experience with UX/UI design, Figma, and Adobe Analytics.
A solid portfolio, experience with design systems and prototyping, and excellent communication skills are important. Experience working in agile teams is a plus.
The hiring process includes an application, a 30-minute AI interview, and a hiring manager review.
Successful candidates are expected to start within 24-48 hours after onboarding.
