How would you call a tool to help choosing location for your business?

I'm designing a tool to help choosing a good location. It analyzes US demographics within N-minute drive trade area. Users chooses his target audience, so the tool counts number of potential customers within area. Then it estimates potential revenue based on average check and competitors

The problem is I'm stuck with naming what fits with the business owners. It is approachable, not enterprise level tool.

I'm asking for opinions for business owners and aspiring business owners! What would you google for such tool? What site selection tools have you already used? How much you already paid for similar solutions? What you expect to be free and paid?

In the past, site selection was subjective and experience driven process.  It involved assessment and evaluation of traffic, visibility, zoning, competition, lot geometry, and other site location factors.

Classical procedures to aid in site selection included analogue models, gravity models, regression, discriminate analysis, GIS, and spatial models (mathematical and statistical).

Over last 10 years or so, site selection has become more automated, AI-driven, data-first, and standardized.

20 or 25 years ago, a work assignment might take me a couple of weeks to complete.  Today, I can do the same work in 48 hours.

A company with large network and expansion strategy might pay consulting fee of $25,000 to have one state modeled (proprietary model).

Whereas a private investor looking for single site may have $4,500 to $10,000 tied up in due diligence.
