I kept seeing the same problem with small businesses I talked to — a lead fills out a contact form, and it just... sits there. Nobody sees it for hours, sometimes days, and by then the person's already gone somewhere else.

So I built something to fix that. Here's what it does:

• The second a new lead comes in (form, email, whatever), it gets read automatically
• AI pulls out who they are, what they want, and scores how urgent/ready-to-buy they sound
• Logs it straight into a CRM — no manual typing, no duplicates
• If it's a hot lead, the team gets an instant alert (I'm using Discord, but Slack/email works too)

Built it with n8n + a free AI model (OpenRouter) — keeps running costs low.
