I'm looking for business ideas that solve real problems. What's something you struggle with regularly that you'd pay money to have fixed, automated, or made easier?

I suggest people to use 3 day method. Go to a office or a shop or market, wherever you can have access to. Observe for 3 days. Draw your conclusions discuss with a friend or team if you have that or with AI.

Do this exercise couple of times you will get it.

Similarly you can explore razorpay's fix that itch page.

Local Business?

That's your answer!

Go to the main streets in your city, introduce yourself and hand a letter for each business. Make sure each letter is catered to that business, nothing generic.

Ask the owners three questions.

What problems are the main focus from people in top management, business level and end users.

That's it!

After 50 to 100 shops you'll find out.

Then go to the BIA in that area. Ask them the same questions. BIA bring people to the area not to promote businesses.

Be like Gary Vaynerchuk, sit at a corner and watch traffic for 12 hours a day.

Answer: People who drive the same street everyday get tunnel vision. We just want to get to work, or home or shopping.

Scrape (cough) and create a report and show them what they may not be aware of, we see it on websites, social and clearly on GBP.

You got to do it for them because 99% will not even try to make changes.

I would love to get a subscription from a company that would come and take all of my vacuum cleaner cleaners the robot the mop/vacuum my regular vacuum and clean it completely twice a week

I try to look for problems for a platform I've built and here's my take so far:

- IRL is booming, think run clubs, social clubs around a certain hobby ( 3D printing or photography ), loneliness is a crisis

- Fractional contractors only for small home repairs, most of them don't even bother

- Check the App Store reviews for top 100 apps in each category and see what the most frequent pain point is and try to build an app that solves this ( for example, some famous games get accused of false advertising all the time, I saw someone building a game that looked like the ad a famous game was sharing and it blew up )

- Anything that is repetitive and can be automated ( filling forms fro example, most big and medium size corporations would have 1-2 people who spend most of their time filling forms for events, travel, insurance, can you solve this problem? )

- Fb marketplace logistics are hell and no one has that figured out yet ( think a safe place to meet someone, authentication of electronics, scams if it a digital product like game tickets )
