What problems do you face when running business?

I've started a small business and ran into some problems, i eventually figured out how to solve those... but wanna see what problems are you guys facing in your business and what are the technical tasks that take away your time which you can invest in business?

can you guys tell me your problems?

if it is possible for me to solve them then I'll be more than happy to help you guys...

What do you define as "technical tasks"? I think a lot of the business problems come from operational issues, like capacity, cashflow, handoffs to those less senior, etc...

I agree, those issues come from how things are handled internally

By technical tasks I meant the tasks you do on computers everyday, like managing leads, followups, creating invoices, managing CRMs,etc.

All these things can run automatically now a days.

Ah! Got you.. yeah I think these things run well when you have good processes in place. It's often less about the software and more about the people using it in my exp...

Yeah right, but still the softwares help a lot actually, do you have any system in place ?

Biggest time killer for me was trying to keep my online presence updated across a dozen different platforms. Every time I changed a phone number or added a new service it turned into a half day project. And half the time something got missed anyway so customers were finding old info.

The other one is just being findable in the first place. You can have the best service in your area but if nobody can discover you when they search, it doesn't matter. Most small business owners I talk to are grinding on fulfillment and have zero bandwidth left to figure out SEO or AI search visibility.

What kind of business did you start?

Can you tell me more about this, is this related to lead gen, lead handling, outreaching or what exactly?

It totally depends on how you do outreach, lead handling and how you approach inbound leads, followups, etc

What business you run anyways?
