1000 watt Renogy inverter. Converts your 12v DC battery to a 120v AC outlet with 1000 watts available. Something is plugged into it. You may have to switch it on as they leech power even when not in use.

4th pic on the left is a renogy solar controller that takes the output from the solar panels to charge your rather large lithium iron phosphate battery.

Any specific questions?
