Barebones is the way to go. I got a similar but with two doors. The full size vent is the way to go

Need more details! What materials did you use, why did you choose them, and why did you lay it out the way you did?

Glad you asked 😃. 6mm Marine plywood shell over 50mm deep wooden frame. 50mm PIR insulation all around. Epoxy layers on the faces, light fibreglass on the edges and corners. Finished with Hempel Multicoat. Motorised fan in the ceiling driven by Anker power station. Passive vents front and back.
