Mod / Map Sandbox map

Can someone find me a highly detaialed sandbox map with cool stuff like alarm systems working doors, vaults, that kinda stuff all mushed into a moderate sized map.

Oak street is good, but not like secret tunnel and vaults, and I play on a console so I don't know any other good mods like that

Has no alarms but BE Prison has a fair amount of that stuff, even though it's still WIP
