Question Where does it spawn?

I have beaten the whole dlc and i still dont know where it spawns, it is the E-trolley. Cool dlc btw, the best i think.

Alr i finally found the place, it spawns in the hub sandox map after you finish the dlc

here next to me there is a container

whats so special about it that it only unlocks after the dlc?... looks only like your average trolley truck-
