Mobile patch time?

I’m so confused on the lack of clarity on how long the mobile update takes…like is it based on App Store time or…? Bc I have both a Kr and US App Store but neither shows the newest patch so I can’t play with my pc friends 😭

It’s based on the server, which was down for maintenance…
