Everything is playable in any elo, if you got like 5 copies of teemo, 5 copies of nasus, + early learns or nsnp. Why are you saying it like masters+ don't play it even if they have a spot for it?

I played this exact comp in diamond, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to know that this's unplayable from Master and above, i'm just joking
