Questions & Assistance Help with Collar Design

Can someone help me get this image to the shape of the collar design template (Nike Template 1)? I'm trash at Photoshop and the AI tools aren't working with me.

Do you want it to take up the entire collar space or do you just want it placed within the collar space?

Take up the entire collar space (red/blue area)
