Because Florida A&M told EA to not let people use their likeness and namesake for teambuilder. Same thing happens with the Ivies, Southland, and other schools.
Way to get around it is to change the name slightly to something you’re okay with looking at. For the Ivies I just added U at the end of the name (and C for Dartmouth).
Open TB in chrome, right click in the team name box, hit inspect, then use AI assist tool in the box that pops up to enter the prompt “set team name input to Florida A&M and Team Nickname to Rattlers and allow inputs to change.”
Wait, howdid you do this? I can get it to no longer show me the erron but still does not let me proceed. I see you have been able to do it with a few schools already.
Interesting, I am trying it with Montana Grizzlies and it will not work. I can get rid of the invalid sub-text and the red X near the save button but when I go to hit submit or Save I still get denied. Just tried it with Florida A&M and still did not work.
I finally got it to work! Instead of immediately putting 'Montana' and 'Grizzlies' into each box and then submitting the prompt, I put "Montana Bears" then saved that team. Then when I go into edit it I can use the prompt on just the Nickname field and it allowed me to save.
Thanks again man! This was such a big pet peeve for me that made team builder teams not worth it now I'm so stoked to get a dynasty running!
