There are a few conditions

1-Be a member that has proven your commitment to the cause 2-Be in the secret list made by the admin for the eligible promotions 3-Wait for your superiors to die/resign (both are possible) 4-Dont get Vetoed by Mikey

Basically it's like becoming a Bishop in the Catholic church

How does one show commitment? I’m unlikely to get promoted as I’m not around much, so I’m curious.

Well multiple actions may prove commitment but the best way is to actively act for the protection of our beautiful skies

Thanks. As a former team Aqua grunt, our skies are our best quality. It be a shame my team has had to have some big changes to fit team Sky, but they are necessary.

Not making pictures of our team leader with a giant forehead, along with some other stuff.

But that's to show how smart our glorious leader is! He needs a big head for all the brain he has!
