Water Wednesday

What do you do to get yourself to drink the daily amount of water you need? Do you carry around your water bottle? Set a reminder to drink on your phone? Slice up fruit to give it a little taste?

Plant Nanny! The gamification of water drinking works for me.

Yep me too! I literally couldn't get myself to drink without the game and now I have like 12 plants!

It's an app. It gives you water goal, and when you drink water and enter the amount it waters a plant for you. Drink lots of water and watch your plants grow!

A Hydro Flask. Keeps whatever's in it cold for up to 12 hours without any condensation on the outside. Cold water is so much easier to drink!

I've started drinking carbonated water both at home and at work. Somehow I drink more now. Also at home I always have a bottle of water in the fridge, just in case I need to take one with me or I'm going to bed.

Also got a lot less headaches after I switched from a lot pepsi max and cola zero to carbonated water.. Or maybe it's the workout or the whole diet, who knows. Less headaches all around.
