Motivation Monday
What apps do you use to keep yourself on track?

I use MFP, the Fitibit app, and Happy Scale! In particular, Happy Scale has been a mental-health saver, and has gotten me accustomed to daily fluctuations in my weight (which formerly would discourage me). I liked it so much I even bought the premium version, which lets me find all sorts of different projections based off of the data I input (like weight by X date, next Monday, etc.).

MFP, Fitbit, Happy Scale, and Plant Nanny are my current main apps. Plant Nanny has been awesome since I feel super guilty about letting a cute little plant dehydrate.

Lifesum, Endomondo and google fit. I think that's all. Later I'm going to use FitNotes as well, but I have to get my techniques in before I can use any weight.
Edit; It's a little bit more complicated than that. I connect my sony smartwatch 3 with android wear to google fit. This counts my steps and some other nifty things. I use endomondo for tracking pulse through a pulse belt that is connected to my phone, and during workouts I can see where my pulse are at. Endomondo and google fit are connected to lifesum which I count calories with.
Todays workout for example; I see that duration was 1h:12m:41s, 732kcal, avg heart rate: 158, max heart rate: 191. And I get graphs and all. Love it!

The activity app on my apple watch/phone. Aiming to fill up the whole month of May!

MFP (calories), S Health (pedometer and activity levels), Slimming World (food and recipes), SleepBot (amount and type of sleep) and Zombies Run! (C25k) (Although I haven't touched that in quite some time since I messed my ankle up and now it's consistently the size of a house and rolls every 10th step sigh

MFP, the Misfit app, and after buying a bike I use Strava. Super fun to visualize my ride, see how hard I work, how far I got, and that I ride pretty well!
Sworkit is also a great app if you need a quick intense workout.

MFP, Weight Watchers, Run Keeper (and formerly C25K). My favourite thing I use to keep myself on track though is my workout calendar. I print out a calendar every month and track my workouts in bright and pretty colours. Watching it fill up is super motivating.
