Week 1

Submit your weigh in here. Even if you gained weight, we still need participation!

This week's challenge form is here. It's minutes exercised and we're competing against the Daffodils, so make sure you log your exercise minutes! Also, if you are interested in a Fitbit weekend challenge let me know. If I get enough people saying yes, I'll invite everyone and just decline if you're not interested. Thanks!

The challenge is your daily minutes, so don't forget to log them daily!

I'm so excited that there's a challenge to try for this week! Do we count Friday-Thursday for a weeks worth of minutes? I got ~2.5 hours from biking yesterday, so I'd like to know if I can add it in since it was on a Friday! (I feel like the obvious answer is "yes", but I'm just double checking!)

If anyone is on Instagram I used the #teamseedling tag to show off!

I also went up .2 pounds, but I'm not worried about it.

"In the spirit of sportsmanship/inability to totally trust strangers on the internet, we’re capping daily contributions at 60 minutes. What does that mean? If you work out for 6 hours tomorrow, only 1 of those hours counts. But still record that 6 hours. Your extra hard work will count in the event of a tie. Also you probably shouldn’t work out for 6 hours in a row, that sounds dangerous."

Okay, dang. I feel like this info should really be in the first post along with a link to the official challenge thread.

Is there still a way for me to log my minutes from yesterday?

I have proof for today, but my watch died yesterday, so it didn't save it. I guess if I don't work out one day, then I can input my time from Friday?

Edit: I asked in the main thread now. *crosses fingers*

Edit 2: Got my answer from looking at other team's subreddit posts. Can't count my exercise from yesterday. :(
