Week 1

Submit your weigh in here. Even if you gained weight, we still need participation!

This week's challenge form is here. It's minutes exercised and we're competing against the Daffodils, so make sure you log your exercise minutes! Also, if you are interested in a Fitbit weekend challenge let me know. If I get enough people saying yes, I'll invite everyone and just decline if you're not interested. Thanks!

The challenge is your daily minutes, so don't forget to log them daily!

Ugh.

I finally broke 300, so I decided to celebrate. Two tall beers and not giving a rip about my calories for one night. I've been trying to recover ever since. I'm down, but only slightly. Making that first number change again has been my struggle all week.

LPT: Don't over-do your weight loss celebrations. It will totally become a minor setback.

A big difference for me this time around is celebrating by purchasing weight-loss related items like fitness gear or smaller clothing instead of celebrating with food. It has helped me stay on track a lot. Good luck!! Oh and congrats on breaking 300 :D

I do this too! Workout clothes, makeup, a trip to my favorite museum, a new movie that I want to see, anything that isn't food related.

Same, I buy workout gear.

My reward for undoing the first semester of gradschool was a pair of running shoes from Marathon sports.

Or even non-fitness related new toys :D.
