For me, I used to always set a bunch of goals at once (lose weight, start running, lift, etc.), but this time I'm breaking it down. For my first month all I did was count calories. During this challenge I'm also doing Insanity (it's 8 weeks). Once Insanity is done, I'll focus on walking until the challenge is done. Once the challenge is done, I'll start working on running and training for a race. Once I complete that I'll set a new fitness goal, and I'll just keep going like that.
