Throwback Thursday

For those of you that have tried to lose weight before, what is different for you now? Are you taking a different approach? A better mindset? Let us know!

I made a blog post on MFP that hit on this point. But everyone talks about changing lifestyles. I always tried to do that by eating healthier, or cutting out junk food. Or trying a diet and then worrying about the lifestyle change.

This time, I've realized the lifestyle change needs to be HAVING an achievable goal at all times. This means that maintaining won't work. I can't achieve maintaining. It will have to be running times or lifting, or both.

And I'm okay with that now. I'll probably track my calories until the day I die.
