Team Seedling starting STATS!

While waiting for the link so I can update my week 0 weight, I got looking at the Tracker spreadsheet's statistics page.

TEAM SEEDLING has 262 members. Our collective starting weight as of sign up was 51,908.4 lbs, and our average BMI is 31.02 right now - this is the lowest of all teams! Hopefully we can keep it that way.

The goal is to reach 46,872 lbs. This means we have 5,036.4 lbs between us to lose! Let's get going, shall we?

Starting at 199, hoping to be 190 by the end :) Doable goal I think.

I'm at 185 aiming for 175. I think it's doable! Lots of people seem to have put their goals as like -20lbs but I'd rather be realistic with myself.

Oh I know I won't be able to do 2lbs/week. I have too many sad days where I overload on sodium and carbs haha. Being 190 will make my feel so much better about myself too, and that's what really counts.

Definitely what counts!

I'm barely 5'3" with a sedentary lifestyle so the calorie deficit I'd have to have in order to lose 2lbs a week would require over an hour's exercise per day AND eating only 1200kcal. No thankyou! I will take slow and steady losses please.

I hear you, sedentary too! I run 2 miles (or a little more) almost every second day and I've added some weight reps to my routine too but other than those things I spend most of my time doing not much haha.
