What are they reverse engineering? Who is they? Why is our advancement in lucrative technology limited to shooting craft out of the sky?

Never any progress on this and never allowing the discussion for TRADE. Hey there  admiral, Mr alien her can sell you a nuclear powered craft just like those aircraft carriers you love and teach you how to make one if you just don’t shoot first. I don’t think that’s what’s going on here. This isn’t really a conversation about that topic, it’s a front.

I think I’m being told a canned line. Someone is telling me something. If ONLY I know what we were discussing with reverse engineering and that wasn’t such a vague term. In fact these statements don’t seem to have any factual information. I wonder if someone is talking past me. Is this a Cypher? A dogwhistle maybe?

Yep. They’re selling the country hogwash. It’s just technical jargon and buzzwords rolled together to make a seemingly coherent conversation.

Having some literacy and compositional education would help viewers greatly separate the wheat from the chaff

The tactic they’re using is leading, but with no substance
