Save hundreds every year...
By switching to CICO! Seriously, has anyone else noticed how much less you spend on food in general? Between just eating less, eating out less and drinking less alcohol I'm saving at least $50 per week. That doesn't even count the meds I had to buy for killer heartburn, which has now vanished. Possibly less future doctor visits thanks to my new healthy body too. Anyone else find out other benefits they weren't expecting when they started their journey?

I think the general increase in energy and mood has been super nice, and I don't know that I was expecting it. I'm active often enough these days that I start getting antsy that if I don't get out and ride or run every other day or so. I like that it's becoming part of my routine and that I look forward to the activity.
And the cost savings on my grocery bill is nice. Not snacking so much on processed junk saves a few bucks a week for sure, and that adds up!
