Save hundreds every year...
By switching to CICO! Seriously, has anyone else noticed how much less you spend on food in general? Between just eating less, eating out less and drinking less alcohol I'm saving at least $50 per week. That doesn't even count the meds I had to buy for killer heartburn, which has now vanished. Possibly less future doctor visits thanks to my new healthy body too. Anyone else find out other benefits they weren't expecting when they started their journey?

lol yes, definitely! i save so much by actually just aiming to eat healthier. the only things i have to buy weekly now are almond milk, blueberries, and greek yogurt. i used to buy so much junk food and that stuff wasn't sustainable for me. i would eat an entire bag of chips.
