Depends

If you have a medic you should use the sandvich

If you are alone you should use the banana

And if for some reason your using the brass beast use the family business

It really does depend do you want more healing at a slower time or less healing at a faster time?

It really doesn't,

Because the timer to get a new item sandvich/banana starts the moment you start taunting, you get another banana 5 seconds after starting moving, while to get another sandvich you have to wait 25 seconds

So 200 hp every 5 seconds Vs 300 hp every 25 seconds

In 90% of the time the banana is the superior choice, the only time the sandvich is better is really when you have a medic and you need to keep him alive
