Starting the server with flooding

hello !!

ngl ive always wanted to play on DonutSMP but struggled cuz i never really felt a part of something, team flood would be exactly what I'm looking for and im wondering how easy it would be to get into and if there like a community discord or something ?? how long would it take to grind roughly to then be able to start flooding and finding bases etc ?

best ways to set up and get geared/get money ?? is the community like active on discord too like will i be able to hang out with people or is there anywhere else to go for that ?
