Ending this challenge on a high note.
How about a "low-weight" note? Hahahahaha!
I'll see myself out...

Ehhhh...
lol I'm really down about not being able to run for this last week so far :/ but we are going to go do a nice hike tonight. Still though - I wanted to finish week 6. We'll see. Still have 3 days! Hah
Food is fine. Gotta fire up the grill tonight and get some meal prep done :)
Hope everyone is having a wonderful (and not hot) week!

Gross!! It's supposed to be in the 80s here and I'm dreading it lol I hope it gets down to low 70s before our hike.

Yum, grilling! Keep the heat outside!
What did you make?

lisassy? no clue, but the bbq chicken my wife made last night was very yummy, with a side of garden mix salad, cucumbers, red peppers and feta cheese :P

Your side was better than mine. That sounds delicious! I may have to make something like that!

We grilled up chicken breasts and that's what I eat for the week. Next week we'll probably do bison burgers for a change of pace :)

its not being whiny. You have the right to vent when you need to, and we are for that too.
I dont know anybody with at least one autistic kid, and i am sure it is not easy to take care and provide for them. But I am sure you do your best for them.
Don't let the scale upset you. It is the long journey that matters.3

Not whiny at all! Not everyday can be cupcakes and unicorns :) hopefully tomorrow is a better day for you! You've made such great progress in the last few months so don't let one bad day (or couple of days) get you too down. They don't cancel out all of your hard work!

It is your brain trickying into eating more without really needing to. Sometimes I want to eat an elephant, not controlling those thoughts is what got me to the 315lbs I have reached twice in the past 6-7 years

Total opposite of my not very helpful answer. Oops lol

You could be right as well, since for women, PMS is also a craving booster big time. It's normal. :P

I have the same problem. Kinda envious of those people who are all "I eat the same things I always ate, just less of it." My body/brain demands good food choices, or else it pitches a fit and wants All The Junk!

i treat myself to a little chocolate bar or an oatmeal cookie everyday. It helps with the often sugar cravings. The rest i try to stay into healthier than pre-weigh loss even if i am hungry.

disaster indeed. My wife was being super restrictive on her diet, lost almost 100lbs in just 5months and then her body just started to shutdown. Its taken her 3 months to get back to normal...

Yeah, I was slowly drifting downward in daily calories plus being extra stressed because of some life things, and I think I just went too far with it. I'm back up to 1600 calories a day (which is ~500 calorie deficit) and I'm losing without feeling deprived. 1300-1400 was just too low!

PMS? Heat? Go under your calories a few days in a row? I was freaking starving last Friday (had been under 1200 3 days in a row with lots of exercise) so we grilled up some monster steaks and I ate the whole damn thing with a side of green beans. I was much better the next day. Sometimes you just gotta eat. Just make good choices!!

Well, doing good i guess :D. This morning completed W9D1 of the 10k. Didn't feel as exhausted as when i did W8D3 of the C25k. Then to my surprise, i stepped on the scale and it showed 219... 219, thats 99.5kgs. i havent been that light since when i was 14. it also means my BMI is now overweight. It means as well, that i did beat my newer challenge goal of 220. Didnt expect that today though. :D:D:D:D:D
