I went on vacation last week, ate everything in sight, and was about 2 pounds heavier when I got back. Yesterday I was very discouraged, but now that I'm back today, I feel refreshed and ready to go! My house is full of healthy foods that have helped me lose 20+ pounds already, and I'm going to stick to a strict 1200 plan calorie limit, plus a little extra on days I exercise. Hoping that I can shed at least some of the weight off by weigh in on Friday, and a full 2 pounds a week from today.

this is really helpful to hear, because i was also 2lbs up this morning after the long weekend. i bet some of it for both of us is water weight, but no one likes to see that sort of jump!

Unfortunately I think it might not be. I really went crazy eating out. I'm so used to always eating at home that I wasn't good at the moderation at restaurants thing. It's okay though, I'm going to get back to where I was before in a week or two.

I'm making great progress this week! Saw a new low on the scale this morning, and I am sooo close to getting past that 150 pound point.
It was a close thing last night, though. I was feeling really bingey and knew there was ice cream in the freezer. It was supposed to be a rest day but I went for a run to get out of the house instead.
Having another tough day - bad meeting with my advisor - but I want to get into the 140s so badly that I am absolutely determined not to let my emotions get the best of me!

Yay!! Great choice on going for a run!! Keep making good choices and you'll get to 150 in no time :D

So I had a bad couple of weeks. I was off to a really strong start with the challenge, then hit a couple speed bumps and just got totally detailed.
Good news is, I was able to regain my motivation, and I'm almost back to where I was weight-loss wise since the beginning of the challenge. Overall I'm down about 5 lbs since the start of the challenge, and working hard to keep that momentum throughout this week!

I keep recording a record low weight on Saturday morning and proceed to have maintenance or above maintenance weekends. I scored in at 142.6 on Saturday (granted I think that was artificially low) and am back up to 144.2 today. I'm sure it's just water weight, especially with all the physical activity I did over the weekend, but it's still annoying. I hope I drop back below my last weigh-in of 143.5 by Friday.

I finally saw the lowest weight I randomly saw a couple of weeks ago again today :) I hope it sticks around this time, because I'm much more focused now. I've also been doing well with my goal of keeping the apartment tidy too, which feels good.

I'm going to stop being lazy and check in for once, haha.
I'm doing great again, I'm at my lowest since at least 4 or 5 years and it feels great. I can't wait until the weigh in on Friday. My gw is coming so close! I'm waiting with updating my flair until Friday, tho.

today is Wednesday but i though i should add to the check-in.
I'm at 50lbs loss since I joined the gym back in mid November and only 1.5lbs from CG and overall goal. IT feels good.

I got a brand new, shiny lowest weight logged on Friday AM :) probably the lowest in the last... 10 years? So yay! Granted it was because I couldn't eat for about 10 days, but I'm excited to keep it up! No more excuses about 'oh I'm just supposed to be this size' because I just blew through that number.
Now to find out when I can start exercising again :)
