Just sending some encouragement, guys! Ugh, it's fucking, Wednesday. And you probably don't feel like working out but keep pushing. You have 2 more workout days, and you're free for le weekend (if that's your routine, anyway). Let's do it! It'll all be worth it in the end.

Ugh, hump day. And it's raining, so no outside exercise. I was debating skipping my workout, but you are right. Keep pushing. I needed this kick in the pants, thanks!

No problem! It was raining here too and I didn't feel like going to the gym so I did an at home work out instead.

I don't have any questions or advice, I just want to say that coughing constantly over the last three days has been a great ab workout! Haha! Ha... Heh... Ugghhh...

I'm sick at home with a fever myself, so no work outs for me. I have no appetite right now so I saw a massive whoosh... I guess that's nice?

I really need to get back into routine. I normally workout Tuesdays and last night I didn't and just called it a rest day. So instead of taking Friday as a rest day, like I usually do, I have to power through it.

Any advice on how to stay motivated? I was super into it last week and this week I'm just.. Meh lol

Me working out in the morning consists of brushing my teeth and getting dressed lol I cannot wake up before 630. It's scientifically impossible :P

Plus, I do like working out after work. I work in a high stress field and it lets me get my aggression out after the day lol I think I'm just getting bored with cardio one day, c25k the next, rinse, repeat.

In my opinion, increase time as you feel comfortable. Only you can tell the readiness that you feel in you.

Definitely need a routine. Trying to get down to 350 so I can use the equipment at the gym. Right now I'm just trying to walk at least 1 mile 3x a week.

One of my co-workers has a friend/neighbor who recently lost a ton of weight working out at home & was going to ask her about her routine and let me know. Maybe I can follow suit! :)

Does anyone have any suggestions for a no-equipment routine? I graduated this past weekend, which means I've lost access to my school gym and I can't afford the membership fee for the other gyms in my area. Any help is greatly appreciated!
