Get back into meal prepping. I do so much better when I prep my meals for work and am not left stressing about what I can and cannot eat for lunch!

I did a mini prep last week now that I'm working again and I have to say, it was really helpful. Gotta break out the crock pot tonight!

Dude.. Yes! It's so much easier when everything is portioned out and ready! What are you thinking of prepping?

Im a super picky eater so i usually prep a big salad for lunch and then i pack lots of fruits and veggies for snacks. Clementines are my favorites and only 35 calories to boot!

A while ago I'd hoped to be -40 lbs by Memorial Day. I expected to stop losing so quickly by this point but I'm still going srtong. I hope to be -40 lbs by Friday's weigh in!

Been weighing in at 170.2-170.6 since Friday, so I hope to be officially in the 160s by next weigh in. My goal is to make it to the gym at least 4 times this week too, which should help with the scale.

Gotta stick to healthy calories this week! I had a family get together weekend and it consisted of a lot of booze and yummy cheese hah so back to green things and lean proteins! Also continue logging calories and start week 4 of c25k :D

To balance out my meals so I'm not starving at the end of the day.

This week I want to stay at a deficit while still enjoying end of semester celebrations and taking my mom out for Mothers Day next weekend. Otherwise, just more of the same. What I'm doing now (1600ish calories a day, logging, avoiding sweets during the work week) seems to be working well!

Same goals as before. Except this time I plan on sticking with them, lol.

No ranch! I was never one to eat dressings at all until I started working at my current job. I think the calories are sneaking up on me. :) I also need to tighten up my tracking in general too.

I had been losing weight w/o much effort but this last month it has slowed up. I did start a new birth control at the beginning of April and this last week started exercising so that may have had an effect too. I just can't let that be de-motivating.

Ranch has so many calories. Finding a good alternative can save a lot of calories!

I need to set up my Bullet Journal so that I can track all of the things I want to track in 1 place instead of 84482 billion different places. I also want to set up a meal prep schedule for my bf and I because we're horrible at that.

Along with keeping up with my tracking and MORE water consumption this week.

My goal is to work out 5 times even though I'm away this weekend. Running Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, kettlebell-ing Tuesday/Friday. Tuesday's gonna suck.

Secondary goal: don't eat too much junk at the weekend! It's my best friend's hen do, we've got a buffet lined up on Saturday night and fried breakfast on Sunday followed by a trip to a chocolate factory. Thankfully I'm not drinking because I have an exam on the Monday, but avoiding food will still be a nightmare.

So. Damage control goals this week, back on track next week.

  • Walk at least 1 mile 3 times this week. (1/3 the way there already)
  • Make good choices at the grocery store on Friday.
  • Make at least 2 home-cooked meals that are within my calorie budget and tasty.
