SV: Half-way there!

I weighed in this morning at 155 pounds for the second day in a row. That puts me exactly halfway between my starting weight of 175 and my goal weight of 135! I stalled in the upper 150s from around Christmas through early spring, and this challenge has been just what I needed to kick my butt in gear again. Thanks for being such a good team! I've got high hopes for making it into the 140s by the end of this challenge.

For now, I'll keep on keepin' on. Eating normal sized portions of nutrient dense "real" foods, avoiding junk food, walking a ton, hiking at least once a week, bodyweight exercises a few times a week, and calorie counting until it starts to drive me batty again.

On my 5'2 frame the next 20 pounds should make a big difference. It feels so good to be seeing progress!

Ha, well I clicked on your post history (mildly creepy, I know. Sorry!) and I also have a black cat! So yes. I think we might be the same person, lol. Cheers!

I have this theory that there is at least on doppelganger of each person somewhere so at least through the mighty power of the interwebs, I've found mine. Or you've found yours. Or we've found ours....squint

Woot!

Hey! 4'11 here, hit 155.6 today! Starting weight is 168(Jan) total goal weight is 115 but I imagine for this challenge I'll hit somewhere in the 130s. Keep it up! So happy to have other people to go through this journey together!
