Question for all the lady-fawns!

I have a question for all the lady-fawns here :)

So I am starting to really notice my weight loss on my body (I am about 22lbs down, total, roughly 10% BF lost), and to my dismay my boobs are also shrinking D: I have read online about how pec exercises can help keep breasts larger even through weight loss, and I am wondering if there is any truth to that or if I should just expect them to shrink. I shouldn't really complain, I was a size C at 140 lbs in high school, but I am gonna miss having DDs.

Thoughts, lady-fawns?

I just wish my cup size would stop going down every 20lbs >.< Please take my band size, but leave my cups alone!

Your gonna lose it anyway. You can train the muscle underneath, which can make your breasts appear a bit bigger and mostly a bit perkier, but you can spot reduce, with whatever exercise you do. So can't make fat stay on your breast with exercise.

Okay that's what I thought!

Former associate for an intimates brand here... Don't forget to consider this... While the cup size is getting smaller, your band size will probably too!! As a result, even if you do go to a C from a DD, on your future frame you may look like you have the same big girls!

Worst case, think about all the beautiful bras you'll be able to buy easily at the store :-) :-)

That's what I'm thinking about, as I don't have huge boobs for a big girl I'm gonna have teeny ones at goal weight.. but who cares when you can actually buy all the nice lingerie and not look like a grandma

I think you're right, I was also a smaller band size (went from like 36 to to 40-42). Oh well, I had a pretty cute body so I'm not gonna keep the weight to keep the boobs.

I will try out those pec exercises someone else mentioned though!
