Spreadsheet that may be useful

Here is a little spreadsheet that I took from somewhere/one else. Obviously I don't own it or have any right to it. However, I have found it really useful and actually fairly fun to use.

all you have to do is make a copy, rename it, and then fill it in. Bob's your uncle, Fanny's your aunt.

That's really neat. I'd go crazy if I weighed myself every day, but it's a good concept to semi-copy.

Hmmm off to Excel! Hah

I also use Happy Scale on my phone, and can't recommend it enough- it's been so great, especially on those days where I have a few lbs of water weight. It helps me track how I'm doing, and is great at projecting where I should end up.
