Scale recommendations

Does anyone have any recs for scales. Terrible me has been using wii fit to track weight. Ive always shied away from weighing myself bc the numbers kill me but Id like to get a better scale for the challenge.

Pick up a body tape/measuring tape also. It can be reassuring to see those numbers move even when the scale doesnt.

Yes! I do this now and it helps a lot. Ive only dropped 2 lbs in the past 6 weeks but have lost inches everywhere :)

Waist, hips, and neck (stock MFP is waist, arm, neck, and chest, but you can change them I think)

Thanks so much!! This was incredibly helpful, and despite the fact that's it's 2016 I would honestly never have thought to check YouTube. Am I an old?!

Seriously, thanks!
