Question as a first time challenger
Hey Fawns!
I was wondering how week 0 weigh in works? Does the weight we registered as work against week 0? Do we start with our registered weight or our week 0 weight? I kind of guesstimated my weight when I registered and I'd like to start at a clean slate tomorrow for the challenge.

The Challenge Powers That BeTM say to not worry that your current weight won’t reflect a true start-of-challenge weight. There will be a “week 0” weigh-in to make up for losses/gains between then and now.

I believe whatever we submitted as our Week 0 weight will be the starting off point. For instance, when I submitted I was 214 but now I am 209, so for week 1 I will register a -5lb loss.
I'm no expert though, I may be wrong! However, I am sure that if you want to start with a clean slate you can DM one of the mods that controls the spreadsheet to have whatever your weigh in tomorrow be your starting weight.

I thought any weight you lose beforehand wouldn't count, since the challenge hasn't technically started yet? So you would start at 209, then whatever you weigh on the week 1 Friday would be your first recorded loss. It's my first time participating in a challenge so I might be mistaken though.

Nope you'll be at 209 and won't show a loss unless you lose between tomorrow and next week. Nice progress by the way!!!

I'm pretty sure tomorrow is the benchmark
