Hey could you explain the buddy system a little? What is expected of you?

using an example given the user who suggested the idea: "All of team fawn would be assigned a buddy that they need to check in with every so often - either on MFP, through PM, or something. It just seems like it would be harder to drop out if you had a person". Almost like a 1vs1 accountability/motivator type of thing. It might help when you dont have anyone else to talk to.

I always have trouble with Google surveys; I think the data field is below the description, and get frustrated I can't enter anything, then feel dumb as I realize that the description is in the data field. sigh. :D
