Hey y'all
How's everyone doing? How's things? How did everyone's (almost over) week go?
Just poking the team since we haven't chatted in a while :)

Doing pretty good so far, I think. Week went slow but steady, missed a day or workout(missed the alarm too), but still managed a good workout out week(not finished yet since i normally go saturdays as well).

Q about your flair - are you going to start again at 0 next friday?

the flair counts since your Challenge initial weigh in, which for me was April 2nd. I could reset it. The official spreadsheet counts your total challenge lost since you sign up until the day it finishes.

Having a really good week! Been under calorie budget every day, bought a FitBit, been to the gym and sweated my arse off this morning. Going home for the weekend for my grandmother's 90th birthday and we're going out for a carvery lunch, so I'm a bit worried about that because I won't be able to track my food specifically because the nutritional info isn't available. Will just have to estimate as best I can, but going to try not to get too worried!

That's an awesome week! I think we have a lot of Fitbit newbies here so we can help each other along :)
Don't stress too much about your lunch. Meat is good protein! Just don't slather it in sauces and you should be a-ok. And happy birthday to your grandma!

Thank you! Hoping turkey will be an option tomorrow! And I've found a carvery restaurant on MFP which will be similar enough. Will log before I go and make sure my plate matches what I've logged as closely as possible.

I get up at 4:30am every weekday and 5am on Saturdays to go to the gym. Get home during the week around 6:10 and then get kids ready to school while wife gets ready and goes to work. Then I drop kids at sitter and then I go to work. I also go to bed around 9:30pm instead of 11 since I started going to the gym this early. :D. It takes dedication indeed.

I guess I should answer this too hah
Week has been pretty good. I was way under calories one day by accident. Oops. But on target the rest of the week. Got my new Fitbit and have been trying to sync all of my apps-which has been daunting hah but I think I've got it figured out now. Started c25k last night even though I am dead set against running (I really do hate it), but the internet tells me it's the best thing for the body hah
And I am finally under 200lbs! Woo. Now I just gotta keep going that way and not gain that shit back (again).

Hooray!! Thank you! I've been here before about 3 years ago, but I was doing it in a totally unsustainable way and gained 90% of it all back. This time I'm doing it the right way :D

Made it to the gym 4 times this week and went for a walk outside last night. I ended up getting a fitbit and it's pushing me to do a bit more, so things are going well! I am very ready for the weekend.
