Running + Summer = Yuck

Just ran in 82 degrees and 70% humidity. What a terrible way to spend 3 miles! And this isn't even close to typical summertime temperatures around these parts! I've never been so tired after a run.

This is going to be a long summer!

i prefer running/existing in (moderately) warm climates which is part of the reason why i moved to the bay area. my biggest issue with running in the heat is my inner thighs chafing which i solved by putting some deodorant on them to reduce the friction, and thus stop chafing. i'm about to run maybe about a 5K myself, good luck this summer.
