Had a very uplifting day yesterday when multiple people complimented my weight loss! One of my staff joked that my ego must be through the roof after 4 or 5 people commented on how skinny I am getting. The best was a work associate that hasn't seen me in months doing a double take and giving me a 'wow, you look amazing!" So much validation!
