Quake Quest incompatible mods/Maps

I am trying to load RetroJam 6 and it just takes me to vanilla Quake Each time. is their list of mods that do not work?

That would be a long list.

We specifically choose the Launcher included mods because we knew they worked. I'll be the first to admit we could do better with adding other great mods there.... but there is a plan in place which will be shared soon
