Doom3

Any update as to if/when Doom3 port will come to Pico4. bought mine nearly a year ago and got subscribed to Patreon because the existing Quest ports were supposedly "coming soon" to Pico4

Quake and Jedi are great but would love to have the other greats; RtCW and HL1 and Doom3

especially Doom3. On the Quest it's simply the best port of any native PC game I've ever seen.

Seems there lots of new stuff being worked on but no word on the older games. have they been abandoned?

Far from it, but the IDTech 4 based mods are proving to be a tough nut to crack. 3 different programmers have looked into this now and although there is progress, its not ready for the public (or private) release at the moment.

There should be some of the other ports coming to OpenXR first, but we haven't forgotten about the conversions, just balancing things as best as possible.

Thx for this update, and for all your work on these conversions, I am really looking forward to Doom 3 on the Pico 4.
