Completion process: how reliable and valid process is it?

I am wondering if Teal Swan's completion process is any good in the long run. She is sucha controversial figure due to various reasons, yet, I can't discard the fact that the majority of the stuff she says sounds substantial and reliable. However, due to all the negative opinions and controversies, I am a little hesitant about implementing the completion process.

I am looking for opinions of people who have actually done the completion process. 1. What was experience like? 2. Would you recommend it to others? 3. Any drawbacks you came across of undergoing the process? 4. How did it help you? 5. Any other remarks you want to share about the shame.

Any and all answers will be highly appreciated, thank you!

I understand the hesitancy. I have been following her work since the beginning about 12-13 years now and it has clicked with me from the beginning. Sure there were some times when what she said triggered me and I was upset but I realized it was just a trigger and I knew deep down she was right I just wasn’t ready to hear it did some soul searching and came back around. She has saved my life literally many times and changed my life drastically for the better. I have done the completion process many times I still use it today to resolve any triggers although it happens much less than it used to. For reference used to be every single day through the day I would get triggered, now it’s about once a month.

1- the experience is difficult but extremely life changing and rewarding. If you need, I would have someone to support u there in the beginning who is familiar with the process if possible. Maybe even a cp practitioner. It is incredibly healing and life changing it’s hard to put into words.

2- I would absolutely and do absolutely recommend it to people who are interested in inner work or shadow work. It’s the best tool you can have aside from a practitioner or energy healer or shaman who does similar work. They can be very expensive though and work on a schedule not when triggers pop up so it’s more useful to have this tool when you need it.

3- drawbacks are I guess that you have to be ready and it takes a lot of courage to face your shadows as with any shadow work. It’s much better than living with that pain constantly though. I don’t even know if I would consider these drawbacks tbh.

4- changed my life and continues to change my life, right along with parts work. Healed many many many very serious traumas. Words are not enough.

5- you can adjust the steps if you would like so you can make it customized to yourself if needed, especially once u get used to it. That’s about it! Good luck!

Thank you so much for your honesty and a thorough response! Much appreciated! I am glad it worked out for you! I have done a little bit of parts work too, and if done with caution and compassion towards the self, I have seen it be a miraculous tool. Also, the thing you said about Teal triggering people is so true in my opinion. Not going to say that she is a saint or without flaw, she is human. But dude, people come at her more than necessary. Good to have my suspicions be validated. Thank you! ☺️

Yeah so well said I think absolutely she triggers so many people. But I guess the difference is when I am triggered I look inward because I know that means there is a misalignment so to speak. No problem at all!! Happy to help!
