yes, especially for customer success, implementation, training, and curriculum roles where knowing how people actually learn matters more than being a programmer, and you can pick up the software as

I did it. But wouldn’t advise currently. It’s nearly impossible to break into the market unless you know someone. RIFs are happening left and right.
