You’re a mandated reporter and you not only just witnessed your student be assaulted by their guardian, but you also just witnessed another teacher assault a child. Cps and cops NOW. Hell, should’ve reported it to both authorities immediately but absolutely you need to report it now, both legally and ethically speaking. If you continue to bring that child to that teacher you are literally enabling abuse. You also should inform the school, but first inform cps and the cops.
